Clinics at the Rhino Arena,  South Farm, Colwell, Hexham, Northumberland NE46 4 TL, a beautiful indoor facility.  The atmosphere is welcoming, supportive, and open to all abilities.

Clinic Dates Winter 2026

At these clinics, lessons will focus on developing a more balanced and effective seat and applying the principles of the École de Légèreté to achieve lightness and healthy movement. All without the use of force, and with respect for the horse’s biomechanics.

What the clinic involves:

 A private lesson for each rider covering any or all of:

• In-hand work
• Ridden work
• Rider biomechanics

A strong focus on relaxation, posture and balance in both horse and rider for healthy movement and longevity.

Q&A session at the end of the sessions.

Spectator tickets £15 (we only allow a very small number of spectators)

Rider places:

1 hour £90

45 minutes £67.50

1 hour shared lesson £45

Please be aware that there is no stabling at Rhino Arena but riders are welcome to watch the whole day if local. Times will be allocated the week before the clinic. 

You will need lunch and drinks for the day.

Spectators will need to bring a chair.

Clinic places are NONE REFUNDABLE if for any reason you can’t attend, it is your responsibility to fill your spot.
