Part three (first part of the exercises). Make a list of which of these releases and stretches you need to do and which side. You wont need to do all of them! Just fast forward to the ones that are tight/sore and then move onto the activation video straight after.

  • A drink and your equipment.
  • A clear, safe space to exercise.
  • No Injuries or illnesses and you are feeling fit and well.
  • Do not join in in you are pregnant.
