Really simple warm up prior to riding or as a mobility routine throughout your day.
Myofascial lines are chains of muscles and connective tissue (fascia) that transmit tension and movement across the body. They help explain how a restriction in one part of the body (e.g., tight hamstrings) can affect a completely different area (e.g., lower back pain).
