Are you missing a trick?

For me, my 20 minutes of Sit Well Method exercises each day aren’t just about riding better! They help me stand with better posture and move more freely. They release daily stress from my mind and body, ease my headaches, support my mental health, and help me feel more positive.
So if you’re only doing the exercises to ride better, you’re missing a trick — because they come with a whole host of other benefits.
And by putting “pennies in the bank” every day, I’m hopeful I’ll continue to be able to do the things I love well into old age.

What are the benefits you feel? Why are you spending time on this? If you have a strong sense of ‘why’ and recognise the benefits for yourself then you’re much more likely to keep up the good habit.
